If your order is received damaged, please email us within the first week of receipt. This email should include:

-a short explanation of what happened

-a photo of the damaged product with the packaging as received

-your name, phone number, and mailing address to send the the replacement

Once the email is received, please allow for one week to review and once approved a free replacement product will be sent out via regular mail.

No monetary refunds will be issued.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If the artwork is sent to the wrong address, you will need to have it sent back to me and you will need to cover shipping to have it sent out again.

I am not responsible for customs charges. Please be aware of any additional charges your country may require when buying items from the U.S. These charges are separate from shipping and not included.

You should receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email for any order except for stickers which are send via regular mail. If you do not receive your tracking number, please email me and I will send it to you.

Once the package is shipped, I have no control over it. Please be patient and refer back to your tracking number. Please be aware that some orders are taking longer than expected. Especially when being shipped overseas.

All artwork is the property of Leslie Braginsky. The rights of the work do not transfer with the purchase of any piece of art unless noted in a contract.
