Hello, and thank you for visiting our coloring family business website.  Even though our coloring goods are focused on self-love and gratitude with an intent to help with mental health, we are not medical or mental health specialists and are not responsible for how our coloring books make the customer feel, even though we hope for a positive mental health response.

All of the products on our website are digital and can be downloaded and printed for your coloring pleasure.  After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with the PDF file.  You can then download that file to your computer for unlimited coloring.

Since the nature of our products is digital and the PDF file is automatically sent to the customer after purchase, we have a no-refund policy since it is not possible to take back the digital PDF file.

An account with your email will be created with all your purchased digital PDFs.  Your account can always be accessed by visiting the bottom of the website and clicking on “Your Account”, and using your email for access.  If you need to update your email address, you can do so in the top left corner of your account.
