• Our coloring books, blessing cards, and gratitude cards are printable files that you download after purchasing.

⭐️ Where do I put the coupon code?

• No, since the printables are digital, you get the files instantly to your computer, which makes them non-returnable.

⭐️ Can I print them on my home printer?

• Yes, you can print at home and also at your local library and print shops. *Please make sure they delete the file after printing.

⭐️ What if I don’t have a home printer?

• You can print at your local library and print shops. *Please make sure they delete the file after printing.

⭐️ What paper do you recommend printing on?

• We recommend printing on cardstock if using markers or watercolors to absorb the moisture well.  Click here for our recommended paper.

⭐️ Will the design smudge if colored with markers or watercolors?

• It depends on the printer. With an inkjet printer, it will because it is water-soluble, but not on a laser printer that uses toner. Libraries and print shops usually print on laser printers, which should not smudge. Always ask them before you print.

⭐️ What size do these print on?

• All printables print on an 8.5″ x 11″ piece of paper.  Blessing Cards are 4″ x 7″ and print 2 per page. Gratitude Cards are 3″ x 4.5″ and print 4 per page. Please check the product descriptions to get the specific sizes before purchasing.

⭐️ If I own a store, do you sell your physical books wholesale?

• Yes, since we self-publish and print our books on Amazon, we can sell wholesale if you have a physical location and your store and our books are a good match. Please email me at hello@the-pistils.com to start the conversation.

⭐️ Can I use a design as a tattoo?

• Yes, just send us an email at hello@the-pistils.com or contact us on Instagram and tell me what design(s) you are interested in. We created an item for customers to give what they can for permission to use the design(s). Click here to go to the Art Tattoo item.

⭐️ Do you create custom coloring printables?

• Yes, for members of The Pistils Coloring Club, I create custom printables inspired by them, and if they are celebrating an occasion or want to have something special created for their friends/family. Click here to join The Pistils Coloring Club and be part of our coloring community.

⭐️ Does leaving website reviews help your business?

• Leaving website reviews is vital for other customers to know the experience that our products have had on others’ lives. After purchasing, customers will be able to leave a review on an email that says “How Did We Do?” All reviews will be greatly appreciated and are a sign of love and support for us 💝

⭐️ What happens if I lose the file?

• All purchased files are stored on your account on this website, which can be accessed from any computer using your email address. Simply follow these steps:

1) Scroll down and click on “My Account”

2) Type in the email address used when you purchased and verify you’re a human 😜.

3) Check your email and click the green “Sign In” button

4) You are now in your account and able to see all your past orders and files to download, print, and enjoy coloring.

*If using a public computer, please delete the files after printing.

BLESSING CARD DECKS

⭐️ I don’t see the Blessing Card decks; I only see the book covers?

• The printable deck covers have the same design as our coloring books, just a different format. 

⭐️ Are all the Blessing Cards the same size?

• Yes, they are all created on the same template to ensure uniformity.

⭐️ What is the best paper to print them on?

• We recommend printing the Blessing Cards on cardstock so you can create your own card deck. Many customers even seal their cards after coloring to protect them from the elements.  Click here for our recommended paper.

• Each page of the Blessing Card deck prints on an 8.5″ x 11″ piece of paper.

⭐️ How many cards print per page?

• On each page, you get 2 unique card designs that measure 4″ x 7″ when cut.

⭐️ How should I print the Blessing Cards?

• No, the Gratitude Card decks are only available as coloring printables and come with 80 unique designs and affirmations per deck.

⭐️ What is the difference between Gratitude Cards and Blessing Cards?

• Gratitude Cards have gratitude affirmations, and Blessing Cards have self-love affirmations.

• Yes, each design is uniquely hand-drawn and thoughtfully created to always keep you in a space of gratitude.  No duplicates exist in any decks.

⭐️ Are these cards the same as in the newsletter?

THE PISTILS COLORING CLUB

⭐️ What is this all about?

• This is our online digital coloring community of women colorists who get access to daily coloring Blessing Cards, monthly coloring calendars, weekly gratitude sheets and hundreds of past coloring printables. Members get their likeness created in new Blessing Card designs and can have custom Blessing Cards created for them. The membership includes access to a private Facebook group where they connect, share how they color, and get tips and technique inspiration. Click here to join.

⭐️ Can I cancel at any time?

• Yes, you can cancel at any time and keep the printables you have downloaded while subscribed.

⭐️ Do I need to be active in the community or can I just download and color?

• You do not need to be active in the community to have access to all printables. You can just download and color.

⭐️ Where do I find the printables?

• All members have access to all the printables by logging onto “The Pistils Coloring Club” webpage on top of the website, with the password given on our private Facebook Group at the beginning of each month.

⭐️ Where do I find the password?

• The new password is given on our private Facebook Group at the beginning of each month. When your subscription gets charged, you will get an email confirmation with a PDF letter that has the new password.

⭐️ Does the password change?

• The password changes every month to ensure that only paying members get access to The Pistils Coloring Club webpage and the hundreds of coloring printables.

PISTILS BUNDLE

⭐️ What is the PISTILS Bundle?

• Every month, I hand-paint and seal Gratitude/Blessing Cards from a specific deck.  At the end of each month, I randomly select 3 colored cards and place them into bundles for sale for customers to start or add to their collection. ⭐️ Can I choose my bundle?

• On the item, you will see what Gratitude/Blessing Cards I have painted that month.  You will be able to see what cards are available by seeing the designs on the item.  As the cards are sold, the designs are updated to show which are still available for purchase.

⭐️ Is shipping included?

• No, the price of the item includes 3 originally painted Gratitude/Blessing Cards and packaging.

⭐️ Do you ship them immediately?

• The Pistils Bundle will be shipped with tracking info at the end of the month.

⭐️ Can I use a coupon code?

• No, coupon codes can not be used on this item.

• Yes, all art pieces available on our website ship worldwide.

• Yes, we get paid for every physical book sold from our Amazon store. For those who prefer this way of buying our coloring books, this is a great way to support us in our mission to spread love and gratitude to the world.

⭐️ Can I leave reviews without purchasing the books?

• Yes, Amazon allows reviews without the purchase of the physical books, as long as you have the digital version and can leave an honest review of the book. It is an unverified review. We prefer “verified purchase” reviews by customers who have purchased our physical books on Amazon, but both types help us.

⭐️ Does leaving reviews help your business?

• Leaving reviews on our physical books is the best way for Amazon to show our coloring books to others. We were told that we need a minimum of 50 reviews of each book for Amazon to start showing them to other customers. So, if you have purchased our books through Amazon, please leave a review on that book.  It doesn’t have to be long; just a few sentences would be greatly appreciated! 💝
